I love how Swamiji explains that organ donation carries absolutely no danger for the donor or the recipient: When we drop the body, we re-incarnate somewhere else within 3 channa so, "we won't even attend our funeral and there is no need to be possessive of the body, hanging onto it possessively even after death :D :D :D. Also, for the receiver of the organ there is no danger of a karmic transfer because they'd be receiving only the "hardware" (a body part) not the "software" (karmic baggage) :D
