A weekend in Portland | 10hr roadtrip, trying local food, tourist things

Hello Diary,
In this vlog, you will see our roadtrip start from the North Bay to Portland & Cannon Beach. A much needed mini getaway that involved lots of eating.This was our first big roadtrip as a family. Joji made a new friend at our Airbnb and we discovered lots of delicious food spots. Our last day, we drove further up north to Cannon beach and ended in Astoria. Astoria is where we got to see where our favorite childhood movie took place, The Goonies. It was overall a good weekend.

Your dog is so cute! The mountains on your drive are beautiful! Was that snowy one Mount Hood? Have always wanted to try Vodoo Donuts but haven’t made it to Portland yet. They look so interesting and fun.

Thank you, he’s our world! The snowy mountain I believe was Mt Shasta. The donuts were alright but a fun experience to visit :)
