Paul Kagame continues to amaze and impress me with his leadership style and his values. The way he has turned his country around is nothing short of miraculous. Paul Kagame continues to amaze and impress me with his leadership style and his values. The way he has turned his country around is nothing short of miraculous. The first time I heard him actually speak was when he addressed a Western journalist who attempted to put him on the spot with regards to the alphabet agenda. Every single law you mentioned is in effect...except the " Must have a Degree in Theology." Of course, some very small churches do not abide by the building safety rules. But, when they are inspected by the city engineers....they are Fined and will be shut down if their violations aren't corrected within the allotted time. However I have seen most of these things that are mentioned here in this video, From the noise to the lack of sanitary facilities. But you know what if we were people who read our Bibles for ourselves these so called Pastors couldn’t fool us, because like the Bereans, we would go search the Bible for ourselves to see if what they are saying is true.
