Me and my mates actually do talk about it. But you're right, it is a problem and it is difficult. The more you watch the worse it gets. I go for about 12 days then lapse usually. Think the longest was a month. Love your channel bro, these types of vids do help!

@@cosmicechoes42 I think it’s healthy if you can moderate it. Just like weed edibles. No effect on brain chemistry if you can keep it to once a month or only use on vacations. The problem is a lot of people can’t control and use it to negate negative emotions and that’s when it becomes a bad addiction. But we are men we are always hormonal it’s healthy to release that tension once in awhile because smart decisions are not made when your horney.

But it’s also not good to have all that sexual tension built up it will cause you to make bad decisions if you can’t control that energy which most can’t.
