NYE 2019 | Police, Fire & Ambulances Responding [Vancouver]

- Captured here are the New Years Eve celebrations in Downtown Vancouver, Canada. Thousands gathered at the waterfront around Canada Place to view the fireworks, and the crowds later moved further into the downtown core, as well as the Granville Entertainment District. Needless to say first responders from the Vancouver Police Department, British Columbia Ambulance Service and of course the Vancouver Fire & Rescue Services were kept busy throughout the first hours of the new year. Until around 2am the Downtown area was filled with lights and sirens coming from all directions.
A big thank you to the men and women who worked hard that night and over the holidays to keep everyone safe!

In the uk, you may see an undercover doctor in a unmarked VW, what I like about Vancouver, BC is that they have cages in the cars where they can keep criminals, in the uk, they have to call a prisoner transport van hitch is a ford transit, which is very inconvenient. Great vid tho

Yep...I saw it coming, with all those people around. Luckily I made the right educated guess on which intersection most emergency vehicles will pass... 😅
