The thing about Tool is that their streaming stats are ONLY from liked 2019 and onwards. They did not have any digital music presence except for TH-cam. Outside of that, they were strictly vinyl if I remember correctly. Something something purist musicians. Either way, Around 4 years ago they switched it up and now have Spotify presence. If they were around since before their Spotify debut, their streaming numbers would be FAR greater than they are now

I feel like everyone knows who they are and knows last Resort but not too many people actually listen to them which is a real shame. Papa Roach has SO much good music it's not even funny I would say they are pretty definitely one of the best rock bands of the 2000s and they will always be one of my favorite bands.

There are some good songs on these albums (like Cut the Line) but there are also a lot of weak songs.

Then F.E.A.R and The Connection are great too but their songs on those albums clearly sounded different from their previous work as the band had moved in a different direction creativity wise for better or worse. But with the successful changes they have made as a band going from Nu Metal to butt rock and electronic rock and to still be kicking ass 20+ years into their careers you cannot deny their legacy and their greatness.
We have to keep in mind, this is all based on the amount of times played on Spotify only. It's not including the amount of times songs were played before or outside of Spotify. Some, or most, of these songs have more streams than they say.

He didn’t think about that the songs that are decades older in the head to head are almost always going to get more streams because they have a bigger group of fans across more generations.
