    I remember getting so immersed and such a sense of scale from the arena scene, that I was imagining how difficult it would be to see anything from the high up seats.
    Nice observation on the persistent use of humans in shots as scale reference though. Very effective. Will keep an eye out on my rewatch.

    Reminds me of some Japanese art, in which humans are depicted as miniscule in their environment, to emphasize not only scale but the power balance. In those examples the emphasis was that humans are small and powerless compared to nature.
