Hey Ashlen. How's it going? How was your summer? It's winter here in the UK but we're coming through Covid and the weather is getting warmer so it's all good. I hope you are feeling a bit better and that you got some help as I suggested a few months ago. Lets us know how you are. x
If any of Ashlen's true friends or family get to see this, help her. I'm guessing she keeping this bottled up around you but this should tell you she needs a true friend and this is a cry for help. Ash. Go and see a doctor. Your brain is a big biological/electrical computer and sometimes the wires get crossed to the point where you can't think straight any more. It's fixable with the right treatment and someone who understands the way it works from a clinical level. I know, I've been there too. I am not a religious person but if I were I would agree with the phrase: "God loves a fighter".
Thanks mate. I'm her uncle, and she has a great supportive family. Even so, speaking from experience, no matter how much you share it and reach out, it's a solo battle, an individual, internal struggle. However, as Ash says. The boat can sink and go under at any moment. So it's very very important to make sure you have multiple lifelines cast out at any one time. Cause it can be just thant one silver spiderweb threaded line that saves you on the darkest of days. As it can give you the smallest glimmer of hope and as you cling onto it with even just one finger.......it can save you.
@@wozandnic No worries. I have 3 daughters, the youngest around Ash's age. All well and as happy as you can be here in the UK with a full lockdown. I myself came very near to a full meltdown and without going into all the gory details it was a combination of professional help and good friends that plugged the holes in MY boat and got me sailing again. But the key point I'm making is I couldn't have found the path to recovery without firstly understanding that it was an illness, like any other, and it was the professional help and advice I sought that steered me through. Ash needs to see a doc to get bloods done and seek counseling.
I believe your advice is really helpful to Ashlen. But when you say “God loves fighter”, it almost sounds like “God doesn’t love someone who do not fight.” I’m not saying that she shouldn’t fight, but God’s love is not something you could earned. No matter who you are and how you do, God loves you already.

You sure it's not your diet making you feel like this? If you are a vegan, then you might need to take vitamin supplements 🤔
