I'm surprised that it is much lighter than the Revz S (140/70) radial I installed on my R15M. With lighter weight than competing models from TVS and Apollo performance could be much better.

Yes I used this tyre as it was pre installed on gen 3 duke 250 it provides a good grip on road and better lean angle but I thing that I suffered from is that it get puncture very frequently even tho I only ride my bike in the city area

In 140 radial premium tyres are not available, only normal MRF radial is there

Yes you can go for it, cz premium brands won’t be available, and you don’t want to change size, although max go for 150and 110

Yes can be used, Steel radial as the name suggests have steel belts in it they are performance oriented tyres specially for lean / curve

Does soft tyre get easily puncture?
No nothing like that, you have to keep in mind that it’s not ment for offroad and air pressure should be well maintained
Any tyre which are soft compound, tend to get puncture than the hard compound tyres. I’ve suffered a lot with stock metz M5 . I ride only in highways , city rides are less still i get puncture often, i tried mushroom patchs doesnt work cuz these heat up quickly, as the compound is soft, Airleak and mini puncture are regular after 7000kms
@@satyasisi978Compound of metzeler is way softer, this is not as soft as metzeler, plus after 7k kms you said metzeler normal life is only upto 8k kms so will happen

@@prathaps848 awesome bro no doubt I absolutely recommend. MRF steel brace is more of a soft compound tyre compared to stock tyre. Excellent road grip, braking has improved a lot. Tyre wear will be more even compared to stock.

How's your experience so far on the tyres ? How would they compare to the alpha H1s?
Its compound is much softer and is lighter in weight than apollo so its performance should be better than apollo
And yes people are liking it
I have this installed on my Ktm Duke 200. Loving it so far. The grip is heavenly!

@@shivaprasadgn5961 I haven't used alpha h1. So can't compare with it. However I've used metzeler.
Compared to Metzeler I'd say the grip on the MRFs are atleast equal or greater. It gives me great confidence on the corners even during rains and on dusty roads where grips could be tricky. Also braking response is very good.
One con I found was that the acceleration suffers a tiny bit, a few milliseconds here and there. I'm not sure whether that's completely down to the tyres or something else altogether. After all it's only been 1k kms now. Maybe once the tyres tune in a bit with few more kms, the acceleration part might improve.
But I'd 110% recommend this tyre if you love cornering at high speeds.
