Benjamin Byron Davis would be the choice to play Rupert Thorne in a live-action. Davis looks the part and there's plenty of projects themed around Gotham he could show up in. The live action Clayface film is the perfect example. I'd love a Two-Face project which may adopt Rupert Thorne being the one behind Dent's turn to Two-Face.
