No, this binder kit only fits the 205 class of machines. The Adler 69 has a very different binder kit. You'll need arm cover plate + tape folder, throat plate+feed dog, and presser feet. Search Ebay for "Adler 69 binding" and you'll find it.
The Pfaff 335 and Adler 69 are functionally nearly identical. Either is a great machine for their application range. Visit leatherworker.net/forum/forum/50-leather-sewing-machines/ for discussions and reviews about leather sewing machines, including the Pfaff and Adler.
