There are too many holidays and too many incompetent people in the education department. Teachers shouldn't be penalized for failing students. Pag need ibagsak, eh ibagsak dapat. We should all go back to being cutthroat about it. Para mafilter mga students, and to give more time to those students na need more time at a lower level.

Some ideas, - set more milestones in form of assessment test. Set your bar higher. Anything below 75 fails and repeat his levels. It encourages accountability both on teachers, school, students and parents - mass hire teachers, more is better when it comes to learning. Solves issue on unspent budget issue too - hire and incentivize talented teachers. They will leave and none will be left to train new teachers and raise well educated youths - focus on foundations and not core competencies. Were not ready to have both. Mainly we dont have budget to do it right. Let go of performance task. It does not work based on your Pisa results and employability of k12 graduates. Mastery requires tons of hrs of learning like any aspect of life. No shortcut to it. Reduce holidays for students.

Teachers shouldn't be penalized for failing students. Pag need ibagsak, eh ibagsak dapat. We should all go back to being cutthroat about it. Para mafilter mga students, and to give more time to those students na need more time at a lower level.
You cannot raise intelligence without proper nutrition.
this 5 years learning gap applies to students from public & private schools?
Same question
Philippines’ performance in PISA is so low ….
No mass promotion specially the non readers.
Stop burdening teachers with useless paperworks that consumed their time.
Nahh...fix first leadership
Stick with English, Math and Science subjects only.
Stop mass promotion...😢
Please...IRRADICATE MASS PROMOTION.
Remove nalang yung deped.
Wag kami.
Substandard ang mga graduates kase. For instance, graduate ng computer science doesn't know how to solve computational problems to codes. Computer science di marunong ng programming. So paano ma ha hire yan. Bagsak call center or mga Kuna ano ano trabaho. Yan Ang reyalidad.
Inuna kasi confi funds kesa facility improvement, teachers salary, teaching load, academic program
They need to start reading… stop with cel phones.
Hindi niya nasasagot amg tanong tsk tsk
The expert guest does not seem to know what he's talking about. He pointed out a lot of possible root issues, but cant answer one simple question. Which one problem we can prioritize and make sure it can fix things NOW not years away and will definitely will not take a while. The phd himself is overwhelmed and cant make sense of it
Some ideas,
- set more milestones in form of assessment test. Set your bar higher. Anything below 75 fails and repeat his levels. It encourages accountability both on teachers, school, students and parents
- mass hire teachers, more is better when it comes to learning. Solves issue on unspent budget issue too
- hire and incentivize talented teachers. They will leave and none will be left to train new teachers and raise well educated youths
- focus on foundations and not core competencies. Were not ready to have both. Mainly we dont have budget to do it right. Let go of performance task. It does not work based on your Pisa results and employability of k12 graduates. Mastery requires tons of hrs of learning like any aspect of life. No shortcut to it. Reduce holidays for students.
Lolz nung time namin 25 years ago walis, silya na either kahoy or rattan, or cash 💰 etc. Naalala meron pa ngang vanda na orchids 😂
Bunga nang Corruption
Philippines Kasi number 1 sa kapalpakan
AGAIN, EMPIRICAL DATA TINGNAN NYO PLEASE! WAG KAYONG MGA IDEALIST!
Mass promotion. LOL
Deped sucks!
Protect BBM.blame Duterte asap
No.
@@bplr49BIG YES!
Du30 got zero knowledge on how to improve education. He just taught how to mock the pope, presidents, God, and say p*tang *na. Very selfish and short term thinker si PDutz. He was even boasting na kahit na pasang awa sya nong nag aaral pa ay naging presidente pa rin sya. Lodigongyo 😂
du30s the best😅
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣💩💩💩💩🤮🤮🤮
The incompetent VP is to blame. She was DepEd Sec for nearly 3 years and yet she sat there and did nothing.
