Fuel Injection Pump | FIP | Fuel Injection Pump in hindi | Inline Pump | Distributor Pump

Fuel injection pump is a very important component of engine, it is a part of of fuel system of engine.
It is used to to supply of fuel to the injectors as per the firing order of engine.
It increases the pressure of fuel which is required to atomise the fuel before injecting in combustion chamber of engine cylinder.
Fuel injection pump has following functions:
● increasing the fuel pressure
● sending the correct amount of fuel to the injector
● Sending the same amount of fuel to each cylinder
● Sending fuel to injector at the correct time
● Adjusting fuel injection timing according to load and speed
● End fuel injection at the right time
● Automizing the Fuel
There are two types of fuel injection pump:
• Inline fuel injection pump and
• distributor fuel injection pump
