Made my own glaze with a jar of cherry preserves, a fresh crushed pineapple and some Alabama sorgum. Seasoned with cherry rub between slices pre-smoking, started glaze about 120° internal, pulled at 165°. Super easy and successful for a new backyard chef! My wife says I'm earning my cape!
