  • This is a drive on Pennsylvania State Routes 1030 and 1073 in Westmoreland County. Carrying the name of Roseytown Road, SR 1030 serves as a shortcut to the Westmoreland Mall and shopping areas east of Greensburg from US 119 north of the city. This drive shows the path from US 119 to the Westmoreland Mall which in addition to SR 1030 also includes SR 1026 (Donohoe Road), SR 1073 (Sheraton Drive), and the two township roads that comprise the exit/entrance ramps to the Westmoreland Mall: 605 and 617.
Pennsylvania’s 4-digit state routes are mostly secondary routes, although some have a major purpose and do serve towns. The 4-digit state routes stay within their respective counties and are not unique, meaning that there are multiple state routes with the same numbers across the state. The numbers of the 4-digit routes follow a pattern where a county is divided into 4 quadrants. 1000 numbered routes are in the northeast quadrant, 2000 routes are in the southeast quadrant, 3000 routes are in the southwest quadrant, and 4000 routes are in the northwest quadrant.
