Our staff and the people we work alongside come from all walks of life. While prior experience in the support sector is seen as favourable, it is not a pre-requisite. We are more interested in people who want to work in our industry for the right reasons. Our services increase the social inclusion of marginalised and isolated people so they can find purpose and meaning in a chosen community.
