Hi, Image-line. I don’t know if i missed any videos or tutorial or forum but i wonder if that particullar/specific on-off button on the mix channel can be control with automation or even has a micro on-off button to be set on like waves studio rack has it. Imagine user can control with it in just one simple mix channel that maybe has button or knob or something that makes just easier to not to find the individual mix with plenty of mixer channel names. Imagine 😮🤯
A recording mastering class??? Yes Please!!! Please let us know if there is any other schools. I can't get enough of the instrument packages! There is so much instruments to use and record melodys 🤓
Just boomers. The software doesn't look like 2004, so it's too modern to work with. That's why boomers also tend to use Waves plugins with ancient UIs over "bad" modern plugins. Or boomer looking compressor plugin instead of modern compressor plugin. Or boomer EQ plugins without any spectrum analyzers because they think that might cause them to mix with their eyes because they're oh so distracted.
I've always used FL. The only thing that makes it hard is if you've already learned a different DAW, and you're used to the way it works. When I see other DAWs other than FL, im like, what the heck is this. If FL is your first DAW, it's easy. Got to get the beginners to choose FL first.
I use FL since 2003... Tried other DAWs out of curiosity but always went back to FL! I just know it better! Before FL my workflow was recording from a keyboard into Cool Edit Pro!
I love recording with FL. Just like this video, setting up a template is a must. I also recommend getting an FL Fire for recording too because you can sit there with one hand on the mouse, the other on stop, play, and record with the controller and it makes tracking soo fast
Thanks image line and fl studio We would like to have a fully customizable resonator plugin for fl studio in the next updates please This is the only thing that fl users suffer from ❤

Love❤️these sorts of videos you guys are now uploading. The video that was about the Maximus compressor, I swear… after watching I was like “damn… this stock compressor is all I ever needed”. It does what I actually want, so I thought to my self “Wow… I watch to many how to videos”, always thought what they used was the best to achieve the sound I’m looking for. Love to watch more of these especially explanations of individual stock plugins, now that I’d love to watch. Mostly because I hate reading stuff like the manual, I’d rather absorb knowledge from you guys who know what you’re talking about through video, I mean who better to learn from than the guys who created them. Not saying I hate the manual though, just hate reading.😅 And thanks again for the best DAW in the World.🙏🏾❤️
We are community y’all. We are the ones that understand FL has been good for recording since version 12.5 and has only improved DRASTICALLY. The people who talk trash about FL are just repeating what they heard someone else say so they think they know something.
Wow finally - ironically I’ve my own VERY SIMILAR template for the past year hmmmmmm bc I’ve YET to see ANYONE set up and work FL STUDIO like I do - not even top guys like Larry or busywork This is the CLOSEST 0:54
IMAGE LINE PLEASE 🙏🏾 Make it easier to setup a hybrid studio. It’s not possible to send a mono signal “OUT” in the mixer to your hardware it’s forced to pick 1-2 or 3-4 and so on. It’s using up a space and routing signal in places you don’t want. Pretty much double routing the audio to your hardware. And make it to where we can use the hardware as inserts BASED on our I/O. Much much better and easier of a method.
I really don't want to use third party compressor or mixer parts, I hope fl studio will release full functionality in the future, or sell it with fl studio
Bro I’m pretty sure you haven’t used it enough to see it is simple to set up yourself. So much freedom in the mixing area. There’s an option called dock which You can actually use to send some mixer inserts to be docked to the left where the master volume in the mixer is or the right next to the effects slots where there’s a bar you can click to hide or unhide but only works when an insert is docked to the right. The dock option is in the layout section when you right click any mixer insert. You can also create groups or sub mixes in the mixer, which you can find in the group section when you right click any mixer insert. It’s called separator. Clicking this creates a bar between the insert you applied the option, with the insert to the left of it. From there with your workflow in mind, you can utilize the dock and separator option to create a bussing system to your own liking. Also with a bit of color coding and BAM!!! Your bussing system is Perfectoo🤌🏾
The only thing is routing, everything else takes on button and works like most other daws. The routing is just weak especially if you have hardware gear. You can’t even send out a mono output but you can choose a mono input for routing the hardware so your double sending your signal to a mono price of gear for no reason😂
Um I have a question? Is Voice to midi or vocal to midi is like going to get applied to FL studio mobile?? Because I tried to make a melody that what's on my thoughts and make a midi out of it but it's hard because I always forgot the melody...
I dont know why, but when i put much attack as compressor in maximus in any mixer, it affects everything in the master, i mean, even if the other mixer is not connected with the maximus that is in another mixer not master. I was trying to explain this in other places, but idk how forum in flstudio works sorry.
Feelin like a noob not being able to get sound out of the template. even after recording on my own. i figured i would try this one for fun but cant get it to work lolz
i dont understand what he did for the "throw" parts. did he clone the vocal and put it on a new track, slice it, and route it just to the reverb mixer track?
on Mac there's no sound coming out the master track for that template when I put my mic input on rec track even when I click a drum sounds they dont play but you'll still see the levels coming in
Technically you can have Hardware inserts but FL still doesn't have a way to compensate for the roundtrip latency while printing through said hardware. You have to manually adjust the track sync. They will be fixing it with the Mixer overhaul though, as this is one of the main issues with FL right now.
This template looks horribly organized at first glance considering the freedom there is in the FL Studio mixer and playlist to customize and arrange the channels for a better workflow. In my opinion I feel it was created as fast as possible just to get content out, without thinking well about the layout and the tools FL Studio offers.
fL studio must put an e if you make a real video If I make music I have to look for another program to make the video for my music now there are many and Ai to make videos for music
Not sure if using someone else's effects chain is a good strategy; so many variables will affect what kind of effects chain is needed like the type of mic, room, preamp/interface, vocal type, ect.

We need a high latency plugin deactivation button because right now fl studio is just unusable for recording anything because if you use a lot of third party plugins they will introduce huge amounts of latency and you have to go and manually look for the plugins causing the the latency which wastes so much time.
