Je suis interrogatif : cette œuvre déroutante au violoncelle n'aurait- t-elle pas été écrite pour le violon au départ ? Il est
vrai cependant que Rossini a bien su faire briller le violoncelle dans l'ouverture de Guillaume -Tell en particulier .
