I'm a Las Vegas resident also of 25 years. The Goddess temple opened around the time I moved here in the mid 90's. Yet, I did'nt know of it's existence until 2009 when I found an article on it in Nevada magazine. Since I've been Wiccan for years and I'm partial to the Goddess. I thought it looked like a nice place to check out. Yet I did'nt stop by there until 2016 and left an offerring to the Goddess Sekhmet as instructed in the magazine. Where I left her some flowers in a vase. And then I did'nt become active with the temple until about a year ago! Still asking myself what took me so long?!

There are different "kinds" of wytches but most paths fall under the umbrella term Pagan which means an Earth bound path. The "maze" or labyrinth can mean different things for different people, inner journey's , meditation, etc.. The pole looks to be a May Pole used in a kind of fertility dance that is performed in the Spring.....

That thin obelisk at the end is very much like the one in Santa Rosa, at a public park, except that one has the message written in various languages.. there are photos on my fb. The one in Santa Rosa clearly has a big stone sacrificial altar. It is a very creepy place for a public park, but that's CA. There is a place in SF, top left corner, i think called the embarcadero or presidio, where there's a weird park camping area, out by the very end. It is ridiculously expensive to rent a camp spot... $160/night i think... and I've seen these crop circle looking things on hills around the east bay, one by the college is made of concrete, it is the design that is a classic ET symbol, the three curved lines that meet in the middle. So there are many reasons people do this. To know what this is really about you'd have to go there at night, and probably on a full moon, as one comment explains. Wiccan is not evil like Christianity or Buddhism is not evil; it was not evil when it very first started. Gerald Gardner incorporated a lot of evil into what is modern wicca... satanism and other things, he was a member of the OTO. Make no mistake, it is no less evil than Catholicism.
