    Im 19 yo and I have paramyotania congenita, sometimes i can make fun about it when my fingers or facial expressions are freezing (stays till the next day). But its very hard when i have to walk fast/run bc my legs and feets are cramping

      Same here, 26 years old and remember running for the bus as a kid and they just went stiff on me. Winter time is especially hard but as long as you make sure to wrap up properly you'll be fine.

      also on the topic of cleft palate being a clinical feature. Does that mean there is potential for Pierre Robin Syndrome to be connected to ATS.
