- It was mentioned by one of the community member on reddit that if the game has been shutdown and restarted at 14:45 while doing Ifrit/Bahamut ex2, you can resume and skip Mega Flare. This is actually working on android devices, and it is a lot of help, however, you still need to put up a tough fight.
Generally speaking, applying poison and having your characters with 9.5k hp and more than 135 mdef is very important.
I this video I am sharing my strategy to clear the bugged version of Ifrit and Bahamut ex2, sharing my gear setup in the end.

forgive me but the bug would be that before the attack you restart the game and when you reopen it the attack is over? And if it can be done for all the attacks?
somehow i kept having bad luck casting poison , what's the debuff extension level on your aerith ?

What is the exact method of closing the application? Ive done it 4 times on 14:45 i still get hit by flare
Just tried it with the glitch and it worked. Though it still fails sometimes, just have to restart the battle until the glitch works @14:44
What do you mean by bug version? I don't understand.
I mean that there is an issue with android app that can be used to avoid being hit by Mega Flare of Bahamut. If you close the app at 14;45 and open it again to resume the fight, mega flare will be canceld. Good luck

the timer, watch the video he pauses it at 14:44 and quits out, MEGA flare is gone

I have tried it and it never works but a bunch of people say they can do it with ease

I just tried this bug against the Crimson Flare. Worked.
This bug might work against other charge attacks.
Update: Worked against Bahamut Ex 1 opening Megaflare.

@@rosegokublack9863 when the attack begins to charge close the app. I recommend opening the battle menu first. Then reload the game, the game will ask you if you want to resume. Easy as that.
But just for sportsmanship I dont recommend using the bug to win. I just did it for the lulz then ended the battle.

Square might not even touch them either cant lose any customers , free to play or not lol. It's the usual people always will use underhanded methods to get the upper hand
