- I run through my team setup and walk you step by step through the new limited time crisis dungeon in FF7 Ever Crisis -- Corel Prison Very Hard. Hopefully this guide helps you get your S+ ranking!!
This helped immensely. I hadn't even been able to clear the worms before this, and I got an S+ on the first try. Had to switch Tifa out for Cloud since I didn't have her ice boost outfit and I stupidly brought the wrong esuna, making Cloud useless twice, but I still got it. Thanks!

This is actually the first time, despite being a very dedicated, mild spending player, I'm not able to clear a Crisis Dungeon. The difficulty spike from the last dungeon to this is a bit too much in my opinion. I know I can always clear this later but it's still pretty frustrating.
I feel you. But it'll come around again and you'll be able to clear it. Sometimes content is particularly difficult bc you don't have a specific thing for the setup. This happened to me a few dungeons back where I wasn't able to get the S+. But they'll rerelease it.

Maaaan this one was tough! Took me 5 tries to clear! Those stupid worms were the hardest for me to get through and usually killed my runs. I took them second to just get them out of the way. I was surprised I still managed to get an S+.
I ran Thunder Cloud, Ice Seph, and Aerith heals/Mdef buff. I'm a dumb dumb and made it harder on myself for not running Kuja blade for the worms and instead used his other Patk down weapon...
I used ALOT of items, even used 1 elixer, had Seph and Aerith die in 2 separate fights. I managed a score of about 760k.
Yeah, the worms are reeeeaaaallly hard if you can't debuff them. And I know all about 15,000 attempts to clear LOL I've had my share
Thanks, this really helped me out! It took me a few tries, though. I only have a Lv. 2 Bahamut Summon, and I don't have most of that Sephiroth Ice Gear nor the FFIX weapons. So, here are some things I had to do differently in order to clear/S+ this:
1. Get Shiva to Lv. 6+, 2,509%+ damage, & 1900- Charge Speed by clearing Shiva Very Hard 3 a bunch of times.
2. Level up the Highwind to Lv. 18+ and enhance the collection items as much as you can without wasting Mythril or Astrowind.
3. Overboost Tifa's Holy Flame Gloves to 11+ stars and raise it to Lv. 110+ for additional damage.
4. Overboost the Stream Saber to 9+ stars and raise it to Lv. 80+ and give it to Tifa.
5. Replace Sephiroth with Saber Style Cloud equipped with Lv. 80+ 15+ star Rune Blade and Shiva's Blade.
6. Equip Aerith with the Floral Gown so her buffs last a little longer.
7. Equip Aerith with a Healing Esuna (Poison) instead of Watera to cure Yornashtrike's poison.
8. Make sure Cloud and Tifa's Frost Arcanum and Boost Ice Pot. abilities collectively grant them at least +90% Ice Ability Dmg. each.
9. Make sure each character has a little more HP, PDEF, MDEF, and HEAL than the stats listed here, perhaps in part to compensate for the fact that I couldn't get their PATK and MATK stats quite as high.
10. Only use Blizzard Cocktails on Cloud and Tifa during the Bloody/Land Worms and Dyne battles.
11. Chain all three limit breaks at the start of the final boss fight with Dyne instead of only just using two summons.
12. Switch to the character that deals the kind of ice damage that Dyne hasn't shielded himself against during the sigil break and spam those ice attacks with that character instead of breaking sigils.
13. Use Diamond Dust's 1900- Charge Speed to summon Shiva before the end of the sigil break phase to finish Dyne off.
Honestly you didn't even need to take the darkness off Seph since he is using a magic based attack. And in the last fight with Dyne, you should've just used Esuna Tifa first since she is using physical attack. Darkness is the opposite of silence and only effects phys attacks.

I think ill sleep on this one until the last minute, main reason being I feel its possible we get a second ICe Summon in a "Ramuh/Shiva" summon fight and I want to wait and see

To be fair, I did use however many 160ish specific weapon parts to raise it one star, and I went back on last day to pick up the closest next guaranteed copy. So I think I might have gotten 1x non-guaranteed copy.
Your run blew mine out of the water! My first one that cleared was an absolute clown fiesta. Still an S+, but about 100k less score. I configured one of my characters wrong, made some obvious gameplay and strategy errors on several bosses… but, still wrapped it up. Recorded it, but going back and forth on whether to post. Definitely not gonna call mine a “guide” 😂

Mannnnnn, if I'm being totally honest, a couple of your guides made me feel like mine were clown fiestas after watching you breeze through! It's funny how some content is more or less challenging depending on the account/players.
I encourage you to post it. One of my most well-liked guides was one where I stumbled my way through it, losing characters like 3 times along the way and just pointing out all of my mistakes so people could learn from them. It was 100x better received than I was anticipating.
I already did that Dungeon, because I needed blue crystals for last minute Limit Break Banner, but it was interesting to see a different way to complete the dungeon (I used Ice/Thunder Cloud [thundercloud] in place of Ice Tifa). It was definitely challenging to find the right team composition and equipment for this run. It was super easy to die on this one, so it is good advice to everyone to don't be afraid and use items.
Yeah, I struggled really hard on every run up until this one, making adjustments along the way until I was pretty certain I found a strategy that would work :)
Yeah I did the same thing for one last draw. I struggled but got it done in the last hour of the event. I needed a x2 stamp to get a guaranteed Seph weapon but of course they gave me 1 stamp 🥴😒
Dyne in story mode is very tough. My Barret is just almost 60 and has 0 good weapons. Don't know how to beat him :(
I'll work on that and see if I can get a vid up with a lower powered Barret. Not sure if it's doable, but I'll see
Bio works in Dyne, so you need to heal and have enough sustain, bring Cura Materia and something like W Machine to bring his defense down. Ideally Heavy Houser (primary) + W Machine (secondary). As sub-weapons, something like Guard Stick to increase HEAL, then focus on your HP to survive. Hope that works!

How do you beat the land worm in the story mode? Its TOO OP
Very Similar to the one in this dungeon tbh. You need to bring darkness removal and PATK down on someone like Tifa.

you’ve done it again, another excellent guide. i copied your fight order exactly but used a bit of a different team make-up with just one DPS, a healer and a buffer/debuffer. the chocobo staff was a big help, i never think to equip it. scored an easy S+ today even without an arcanum outfit.
