I have a question, first I'd like to say I love cajun food and have made it a few times. I may not be the best at it, but I lived for almost 2 years down in southern Louisiana ( New Iberia) back in the late 90's and had the privilege of eating some very good cajun food. My question is if cajun seasoning already has garlic and onion powder why does the recipes call to also add both those ingredients with the cajun seasoning? Thanks in advance

My season in particular has very little garlic and onion powder that’s why you often see me add more but I don’t put too much in my season is because not everyone likes so much garlic and onion powder like me 🧈🧈
