I love how, unlike most mash-ups, you don't have song switching or like just one element from each song present, but elements from all of the songs are moving and shifting and happening constantly. It gives the whole piece such an amazing amount of depth and is both a testament to the original artists' skills as well as the remixer's.

This makes me think of my childhood. It wasn’t always a happy safe one but when I got adopted, I remember things feeling so unreal. Not knowing if i could really trust my surroundings or the people claiming they’d take care of me. But when I met my grandma I remember feeling such exquisite warmth and kindness and it finally clicked that I was safe. This song is what that felt like
