Scylla starts to feel the pressure as her ex boyfriend she had previously murdered, turns up as part of her necro class! Will Scylla be exposed as his killer or will there be some sort of devine intervention?

Does that bird have anything to do with the Spree? Because, at the end of the episode, another Spree agent tells Scylla that they've helped clean up Porter.

I believe the bird is part of the working needed to pull off the death currant. Whether the spree have tampered with it or not is anyone's guess. They don't explain everything involving this kind of work and when Porter fails to implicate Scylla, we as viewers are left confused. He does look at Scylla when he said "I was filled with an unbearable sadness." Having a spree agent come in later and say they covered for Scylla still falls short of an explanation.
