I miss AH from 2012-2016. Some great gameplay and the chemistry between everyone was phenomenal. The newer cast is more geared towards a newer audience, but it’s leaving the OG fans out on a limb. After all the issues that have sprung up since 2020 it’s only gotten worse and it’s obvious their future is bleak. It’s sad, but all things must come to an end, I guess.
Those years were the best, sad to see what we enjoyed slowly die away.

I miss the fuck out of AH but they did it to themselves by becoming “woke” and adding people who clearly didn’t fit the chemistry, I still come back from time to time but it’s very obvious from their view count now I’m not the only one.
Achievement Hunter died when Covid hit. Every year before (yes, even 2019 with Fiona and Trevor) were some peak Achievement Hunter. Since 2020, they have lost everything that made old AH special and they’re just turning into every other gimmick community channel
Its great that we can still come back and enjoy, the compilations will probobly outlive the creators and channels themselves. Lile clips of family guy on tick toc.

It's because of the 7 Days To Die console version footage. It did the same on the November or December best of too

This video is such a rare gem of when Achievement Hunter was just a community of people sharing their fun gaming experiences with the world.
Honestly I think it lasted until 2020, they always had that community feel and had fun with their content but they don't seem to be enjoying it anymore
@@Zantronyx That's what happens when other people make the decision about who gets hired. They should have kept it to the existing crew rather than try and force in new people.
@@60sSameveryone always blames new people. Everyone complained about Ryan, Matt, Jeremy, Trevor, Alfredo, Lindsey. The issue was corporatization. Instead of being able to keep things simple they needed to go bigger and bigger which took up so much time and burned them out so much that even when they could do small scale things it wasn’t the same. Instead of being able to film a Minecraft for 2 hours and cut around to make it a little smaller and be ok with that they know now that they can only spend 45 minutes on a video because they have to keep to their schedule of meetings and projects and more. In my mind one of the prime examples of this is Uno The Movie where they went into it and never expected it to go so long but they were able to stick to it and be ok where as if that situation arose now without them planning for it they’d just stop it

Same, I don't watch any videos from 2021-2024 I only watch pre-2020 videos and even then I only really watch pre-2019 videos because that's when they were still somewhat funny up to that point.

I love how it just cuts back to UNO and it's just slightly further along to show the next level of torment as the game slowly progresses

Not supporting Ryan and hoping for his return at all, but I sure do miss the content with him in it. He used to be one of my favorite personalities on AH. Such a shame to hear about what he did, but clips of him still do make me miss his presence in videos.

@@MrNegima10 if the charges were dropped is unclear. I haven't looked super deep into it. All I do remember reading was that she did lie to him about her age.
