yes it is racist weirdo , fyi everyone has an accent and doesn’t mean anything to discriminate them by, at that chance ur much more prone to being scammed by a white “American” accent person then 🙄 it happened many times to me
Yes , I ran into this problem a few months ago. I got smart and looked at things online and called the agent at her office and she would not return my call!! So I drove over to the house just 5 minutes from me and talked with the neighbor and told me things about the real owner!! NOT the man who said that he was the owner!!! I didn’t call the real estate agent who was a lady because I’m sure she was in on it!!!!! That was recent . It was here in Conroe, Texas. So people beware!!
A version of this scam was on the go here in Ireland when I was a college student back in the early 2010s…but come on even back then we were told to stay away from Craigslist
From California Your work in fighting scams is invaluable. I was scammed twice last year, totaling losses over $120,000. It was a lengthy process involving federal intervention to get her money back. We need more people like *Prophecytrace* taking a stand against these criminals. Much love and support from California.
Technology makes life easier in so many ways. If someone wants to go look at a house and their schedule doesn't mesh with the agent, this is a great solution. Unfortunately, criminals exploit technology. They have for many years.
Yes it's racist. But if I hear a heavy indian/nigerian accent there's a much greater chance it's a scam.
W!
Idiots going thru Craigslist ...lol

Don't use Craigslist
I know, its not 1999!!
Craigslist is great, just not what I'd recommend for high value sales
It's not just on Craigslist.

Rental scams needs to be a minimum of 35 years so this can stop

I don't mean to sound racist but idgaf if the person the phone has a heavy accent I'm hanging up immediately
Can we please stop using technology as shortcuts for everything?! Technology is we get scammed, I mean really. Why are people so lazy?
Cause humans are stupid

How do they get the key?
Key is inside the lock box.
I sucked of Trevor Ault. He's not too big down there.
