No. Because the b-21 stealth bomber happened 3 hourse before the aircraft sighting in Pangasinan. The one in sorsogon is a stealth bomber who can carry a nuclear warheads without getting detect by our radar. US has a lot of this aircraft including the F-35 multirole stealth fighter. That's the sole reason why our airforce has no idea that it was there in sorsogon

It's looks like a Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit Stealth aircraft to me. Due to the shape of it's body but I'm not really sure.
B2 Stealth Bombers are slow and it won't definitely fly very low. Also These stealth bombers doesn't create contrails.

Its an American B-21 Raider. They're probably field testing it. Its the in development successor of the B-2 Spirit. But after further investigation its the RQ-180 After another aircraft flying over california has been taken which has similar a silhouette.

I just wanted to share my experience last February, it was around 9PM, I was looking at the stars when suddenly I saw this fast flying object, I thought nga nong una falling star may pagwish pa ako, but then I realized it was not coz it's color blue, then just right behind it was another one and another and another, a total of four fast flying objects going on the same direction, I was facing south that time so their direction was north. I wasn't able to film it coz I left my phone sa loob ng bahay that time, but I had it documented on my journal. Then I saw this, and that in Pangasinan. I don't know what to think anymore.
