Fascinated and bewildered. Must listen to some of his other works.

Incomparably one of the most interesting 28 minutes of music written in the 20th century.

Thank you very much for the recording of this rarely performed masterpiece.

Does anybody know where this recording is from? If there was a physical release of it, I'd really like to buy a CD / Vinyl.

Hello, it comes from the CD of the 2010 Warsaw Autumn, a yearly festival of contemporary music. Unfortunately the CDs were not commercial, they were printed in small numbers for promotion.

This direction of writing is actually the forbidden 3rd school of the 20th century which was completely under lock and key simply because it was the better way going further out of the 19th century.

A brilliant composer who developed the late Scriabin and was not only forbidden by Stalin but likewise from the society of Pharisees called musicologists.

Dear Paul; Thank you for your insights. I feel like I've just discovered a new treasure. Never heard of him before. It was like when I first 'discovered' Scriabin in the 60's and Messiaen the 70's. If you have any other composers you love, please point me in the right direction. Thanks ahead of time. Charles.
