We had a great experience with them because our flight was not delayed.
Here are all of the travel requirements that were requested of me during my immigration interview:
✈️Passport
✈️Vaccination card
✈️Departure card
✈️Return ticket
✈️Hotel booking
✈️Company ID
✈️COE
✈️Leave Form
✈️Travel Insurance (Optional) but the IO asked if I had insurance and what kind of insurance I had. Just to be safe, get one. We got ours from Malayan Insurance.

Hello Miss Lys, ask lang ko ug unsa difference sa Travel Tax and Travel Insurance? Same lang ba na siya if going to Singapore?
Hello shindy :) travel tax is mandatory cause in line na sya sa government, ang travel insurance is just optional, incase naay accidents for example, naay mahitabo during the travel naa kay insurance to atleast cover some medical expenses or even lost baggages, depends on the insurance na imo kuhaon.

Hello, wala raman nag ask but nag prepare rako daan katong yellow card with printed vaxcert.

Hello latrell :) wala raman, we only availed klook for our universal studios tour. The rest of our tour kay sa travel agency ra.
