I need more help, I can’t even get past basically the first step. A new mods folder won’t appear because none of my game settings will save, so when i apply and exit the game the mods aren’t staying enabled, which in return won’t spawn a new mods folder?

Hey your videos are very helpful, needed and updated, which I appreciate!!!! I do have a question, how do i fix my game when the world is not loading???? Everytime I click in newcrest its just the white screen. I can tap on the icons in the top right corner but I can't go back to the other worlds. I get that error and the screen got stuck it just says "saving" because I tried to exit and save the game but now I can't even delete the tab and I can't delete the application because for that I need to leave the game but I can't

I know im late but my game still says sim delivery error..i dont have any mods and its my first time playing, when i create a sim and i click the checkmark to play my screen just freezes? Do you know whats causing this😞?
for some reason when i try to add the TS4_x64 thing it doesn't show up? i click EA games and i don't see anything
when i open the old mods folder and search "package" nothing comes up!

Hi i have an issue. So i did everything you daid, but the options folder and Game txt folder are not showing up for me. I had some of my cc show up except for script mods.
Edit: Okay, I found the game txt file, but, is the game options the one woth the gear next to it? I'm really sorry im kinda strugling here

I do have a question/problem.
I have several issues.
1) won’t repair although it says complete and the repair icon never goes away. 2) game crashes or the plume keeps spinning when moving from lots or worlds. 3)can’t place house on lot.
I’ve cleared cache. I’ve done app recovery. Nothing is working.
I’m sims 4 pc. Not a gamer but love the game. I only play base, no cc or mods. Oh and I’m basically computer illiterate!

Hi!! What always works for me is resetting the EA folder (this essentially means renaming the EA folder in EA old, but KEEPING the Ea old folder there as a backup, bcs there are files that we are going to copy back into the game).
After resetting the EA folder, the game is going to generate a brand new EA folder where we are going to copy the saves, tray & screenshots files (from the old EA folder). Hope it made sense 🙏
So here are the steps:
1. Go into Documents
2. Right click the Electronic Arts Folder
3. Rename it into Electronic Arts Old
(Keep it there, don’t remove it)
4. Open your game (now it should open since we reset our EA folder)
5. Time to put our files back into the game so close the game completely (you should notice a new EA folder in your Docs, that’s where we are gonna put our files)
6. Go into the EA old
7. the Sims 4 > Saves folder > select all files > copy
8. Go into the new EA folder > TS4 > Saves folder > paste all of your files there
9. The same thing applies to our Tray, Screenshots and cc!
So
10. Go into the EA old > TS4 > Tray folder > select all files > copy
11. Go into the new EA > The Sims 4 > Tray folder > paste all files
Do the same with your Screenshots!

hi i need help, your videos are very helpfyul so thank you. I just just learned how to do mods and what all the right things to do, i even know to check updates and all that but everyb time i go to my game my mods wont show up at all, not even one:( i have uninstalled and restalled, deleted my sims, clear cache, try to repair, make sure the files arent zipped and my rescource file is in the mods folder, its in the correct place as well i just dont know why none of my mods ive downloaded arent showing up:( if you know what might help plz comment
I have this broblem too and i dry follow every step but my computer is in Finnish so I don't know what do doo some i can do but not all 😅 but thanks anyway for this video😊 even i understand Finnish and it's my language and i think i have different computer but i don't know do that even matter im not expert with computers 😂
That could be related to broken mods
Do you use mods?
If so, that’s what I do after every single update and it works for me!
- opening the Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods folder
- searching inside the search bar (of your mods folder) ts4script
- writing down the name of each mod (on your notes app)
- deleting all those ts4script mods that appeared in the search results
- renaming the mods folder into mods old (this is going to reset our mods folder, so we’re going to have the mods old as a backup folder for our cc & mods - so keep it there - and another new mods folder that we’re going to use to install the UPDATED mods)
- open the game > go to game options > other > allow script mods & enable mods cc (tick those 2 boxes)
- apply changes > exit the game straightaway
- launch the game once again > check if those mods options stayed enabled > if so, close it straightaway
- a new mods folder should appear in your EA folder
- google your mods (from that list) & only install the UPDATED ones in the NEW mods folder
- as for the cc (the files that end with package), you can go into the mods old & copy all those files + paste them into your new mods folder
Hi I have a problem where my plants are not growing I have had this problem before a long time ago so I downloaded a mod but now when I press the link for the little miss Sam mod that helps the gardening glitch the link doesn’t work and shows the website unknown. I found another website for her link but it still doesn’t work, the mod used to work a long time ago but now it doesn’t work. Does anyone have another solution or do you have another solution to this??? Please I desperately need help (also I love your videos so much they helped me with another problem my Sims 4 game was having!!!!😁😁😁😁

I have a problem. When I organize a event I can’t see the task that I need to do in order to successfully play/ complete a event.
I already tried to repair the game, it didn’t work. And I don’t have and cc or mods so that can’t be the problem.
