2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 cup of Semolina
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
1 sachet of Eno
2 tbsp oil
3-4 tbsp curd
Chole -
soak 2 cups of Chickpeas overnight
2 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker
cinnamon stick
4-5 cloves
some black pepper corns
2-3 black cardamom
2-3 green cardamom
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
pinch of Asafoetida
puree of 2 Onions
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
puree of 3-4 Tomatoes
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp Pomegranate powder
1/2 tsp Dried Mango powder or lemon juice
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1-2 tsp Chole Masala of any brand
2 tsp Tea Powder
2 tbsp clarified butter in a pan
chopped garlic
ginger juliennes
2-3 slit green chilis
some cumin powder
some Red Chili powder
