I would say even if you're doing a painting, you're painting a flower that you see in your garden and the world tells you, you must paint it like everyone else. So that fills you with anxiety that you're not doing it like everyone else the way the world wants you. Again, I would say just be you and let go of that anxiety and paint that flower or draw that flower the way you want to, the way you see it. ''
