Everyone is different as far as their immune systems. You can't get injected with AIDS, you develop AIDS from the HIV virus. If you have sex with someone who has AIDS you get HIV. If you share needles with someone who has AIDS you get HIV. You don't develop AIDS until your T-Cells drop under a specific amount.
If Eazy-E was injected with the virus, he could have had a weak immune system in the first place.
My theory is that he wasn't injected with the virus. I believe they poisoned him somehow with something else. He was definetly set up nonetheless.

AIDS is actually very unspecific group of symptoms and physiological markers. however, AIDS is not just a result of HIV. It can be a result of a poison that affects the immune system. He died really quickly ofAIDS, I would expect a man who was 33 even if he caught it at age 19 to live until at least 45 with no intervention such as HIV medications.
