Hey Bruce, I hope things are going well and it's nice to have you back! I bought a Fosi P1 tube preamp to use as a tube buffer and I can't hear a difference. Maybe it's me. I had it plugged into a tape monitor and could switch instantly with my remote so there was no lag. It has tone controls so I had an instant bass boost. LOL

Nice to see you're back, Bruce! Good review of the Nobsound A3 - if I was going to get it I'd probably use the Wiim Pro Plus as input (which I already own), which would do away with the need to rely on the internal DAC. Could be a nice desktop amp...

Have Douk st 01 with 5456W tube upgrade and pro plus input with 10 inch polk sub.Have a pair Dalis paired with this set up for my desktop.The sound is way better than it should be for the money spent.More than pleased!
Does Anyone get both amplifier with Nobsound A3 and Nobsound MS30D?

Thank you for the review. How do you compare the sound to the B 100? Do they sound very similar or completely different? AB and tube preamp for both but different tubes. I have just ordered the B 100 and never tested a tube amplifer. I normally use a Nad 3020 vintage amplifer wich sounds really good and very realistic. I don't like much D amplification sound is a bit too hifi missing some soul.
The sound is similar.
