When you see the arms scythes at around 15 minutes, do you sew the entire length to the shoulder or only the section that has both petals and the panel leaving the petal shoulders basted together, but not zig-zagged? It’s hard to know for sure from the instructions or the video. The instructions make it sound as if the entire arm scythe is sewn but the video makes it sound as if you only see the back panel to the petals.
