I think what she meant by bleeding was to make sure if they aren't going to die from blood loss. Bullets sometimes can go all the way through depending on which gun it is and where they were shot from. Which makes it harder to pressure the blood. Dispatchers need a lot of information on the current situation to know what is happening, so they can relay the information to the police beforehand. Also, the homeowner may have seen the suspect on the floor bleeding which why he responded with an answer which I doubt considering he blocked himself in the house in his room. The dispatcher took criminal justice, so she understands what she needs to say.

So yeah, a 30 round magazine and statistically if you match a cop then hopefully you hit 2 shots on each attacker, personally, I would value a family members life at more than $10... I think what she meant by bleeding was to make sure if they aren't going to die from blood loss. Bullets sometimes can go all the way through depending on which gun it is and where they were shot from. Which makes it harder to pressure the blood. Dispatchers need a lot of information on the current situation to know what is happening, so they can relay the information to the police beforehand.
Also, the homeowner may have seen the suspect on the floor bleeding which why he responded with an answer which I doubt considering he blocked himself in the house in his room.
