I followed your guidelines on how to apply for a visit visa to the UK and it really helped me. I applied for a visit visa, did the application process myself and my application was successful. My visa was granted and I was able to reunite with my sister. Thank you
There are only 3 secret codes in the uk visa process, they're honesty, honesty, and honesty. If anyone struggles with these, they will definitely have problems.
They don’t use to hear word when you tell them they can do it themselves. I did mine and my family myself and with God it was successful (someone was insisting I pay an Agent but I vehemently refused!!! When I can read and write like that agent) It’s simple so long as you can read and write ✍️.
Nanelle I couldn't have said this better than what you did. All you say is true. I personally did my very first visa application myself my country of origin at 27 years - no agent. The renewals I did whilst here in the UK (4 of them until citizenship) I did them all myself. It can be done and it has been done. Well said Nanelle 👏👏👏👏
@NanelleGriselda Thank you. There is a scary video out there that suggests that one will need another COS to inform the home office. The person also suggested that if not done, it can affect ILR. I was happy to know you went through this process, and you have your ILR. Some persons came in with contracted hours that they cannot sustain as a result of childcare or health issues etc, and may want to try to reduce their working hours, but that fear from that video is not even helping some of them to even approach their employer.
My British husband sent me all the paperwork I needed to come see him, but he only advised me to be truthful. I used an agent, and as a result, my visa was denied. This agent messed my life. He filled out the application form incorrectly. He wrote that i earn 10 pounds a month. My bank statements, however, show a different picture. 😢
My brother applied for The Army recruitment and was successful. Now VISA issuing became the issue. They “believe” he will not return to his home country because he has no relations (ties) there. Why will I want to return when I’m applying to work for your Army? Is that not obvious and honest enough? He clearly stated that he is coming for physical assessment and if he passes, he will stay as per the Army process. If he fails, he goes back to the support care he is providing back home. If you don’t want anyone in your country, just say so. Period.
Thanks Griselda, I used to be a an engineering student, in the U.K. my problems began when I used a lousy agent to process my Indefinite leave to remain and he messed up my life, just like the person you mentioned. I doubt now even after the ten year ban they may consider my application as a visitor to the UK. Bottom line you are right never use an agent.
Even with prodcing all those documents you still willbe refused..it's at the discreción of the person in the home office. The bank sent a statement and they said they refuse the visa because they don't know where themonry come from in the bank
yes some people intentionally borrow money from friends to put in the bank account just so they can use bank statements with these huge monies to apply for a visa
Whenever you are filling out the forms and you don't, understand a question or the page you can always call the home-office. Over documention can lead to your visa not going through too.
Good day ma'am. You are doing a good job here. I was recently invited for an online interview for a caregiver role in the USA. Pls, can you recommend or guide me on possible likely questions and answers for the interview? As per someone already in the system. Would greatly appreciate it, ma'am. Thank you. 🙏🙏🙏
This is brilliant! Nanelle please i have a question. My mom's surname was spelt wrongly when she went to do her Ghana card, and has now used it for her passport. Initially when we found out, we wanted her to change it but it was just back and forth so she maintained it. Now, i am planning to invite her here but her surname on my birth certificate isn't the same because of that mistake. I have decided to do a new birth certificate for myself to match the new spelling of her surname before i apply but after watching this video, i am thinking of applying with it like that and explain it to them. What do you suggest?
My mum first name was missing a letter, I did an affidavit explaining how the mistake happened and when I was filling the form on gov.uk and they asked if she had another name I put yes and included the original name but used the name on her passport for all her applications. I hope you understand. She used 4 months in the uk and we are planning on applying again.
This is good information Nanelle, thank you. I've got a question please. You spoke about having a reason why you're coming. I want my mum to come because ive just put to bed. So how do I present this reason please🙏
That you’ve been away from your mum for so and so years and you’ve put to birth but your mum hasn’t seen her grandchild yet and it will also help you to reconnect with her
The same thing happened to my husband just last week. He was refused a visitor visa because they couldn't trace the source of an amount of money that was deposited in his account. Genuinely, the money was transferred from his other bank account, which was money from our farm proceeds. Apparently, we failed to explain in the application letter that he had other sources of income because we do farming and MOMO as well. He is now scared that this refusal may affect his future visa application. Hubby has no intention of staying back. He just wanted to visit and go back cos his businesses are doing well.
@@NanelleGriselda They explained clearly at the end of the refusal letter that there's no need to go for an appeal. The only thing he can do is reapply or apply for a different visa

Wait, isnt it one month bank statement that'sbneeded for a UK visit visa? If yes, how is the visa officer able to check for previous monthly deposits and expenditures as you said Nanelle?
When one get a sponsored Job visa from the UK as a foreigner, do he or she need a personal bank statement, or a bank statement from the company that sponsored the job visa.
Thank you so much for this eye opening video. Please I have a question. If the person who wants to visit me states she’s spending only two weeks with me and ends up staying the entire 6months of the visit visa or 5months, will it result in any issues?
Yes it will affect future visa approvals However the person can stay for the initial 2 weeks, go back home and return after few weeks Often the visitor visas issued are multiple entry such the person can go and return within the 6 months
@peaceufuoma7563 Yes it will go against your visitor because the Home expect your visitor leave the UK within the number of day/ weeks he/she stated he/she stated during the application. But if for any reason your visitor would want to stay more the the number of days/ weeks stated during the application, he/she can email the home the reason why he/she is extending his stay
