Finally I got answer to this question. I've always feel weird looking at Allah and Muhammad side by side in EVERY SINGLE MOSQUES I've ever visited without even knowing why, so my instinct was correct.
If i already have a wall frame of MashaAllah in my home. Should i paste something over it to hide? Or should i erase it and write draw something scenery etc over it. Is it allowed?
What people do in Muslim countries does not mean it's acceptable or is a good practice. One example is celebrating maulid. We should strive to practice what the 3 favourite generations did.
What is the evidence in any hadith or verse of Quran that it is forbidden, such clear prohibitions are already given for idols or paintings of living things, why is this also not provided for words of the Quran or Allah name? Is something not being sunnah the same as it being haram? This is not done as an act of worship or to gain extra blessing in the house merely by it being hung on the wall. Rather if it reminds someone to recite verses of the Quran surely there is no harm, it is not in the toilet. I respect the sheikhs opinion but I follow the opinion that it is not haram as long as it isnt done to gain extra reward or blessing in the house merely from hanging it without reading it.
why don't you hang the entire Quran on the wall rather to remind yourself and read the verses off the wall ? Grow some wisdom this is the Book of Allah that needs to be respected and not to treat it like some wall hanging decor
"This is not done as an act of worship" I disagree, everything regarding Allah SWT, the Prophet Muhammad SAW, and the Quran is always tied to the act of worship, and we cannot stray from the sunnah for it as it is an aqeedah. We should never add or take anything from it.
@@Aone9e Stay strong akhi, you need to fulfill your duty as a muslim, we need to warn our brothers if they started to stray into the wrong path. Even though I know it's tiring and sometimes like shouting into the void. But we will be rewarded.
what if its not for decoration and its for advertising words of God? we can see clearly words of Quran on stones there in arabia dating from long long back, *me personally i have done it at ma store and when customers come they would feel good about it seeing God`s words around* !
SubhanAllah
Excellent explanation. Thank you Sheikh

what is the ruling of praying in such mosques with Allah's name and The Prophet's (peace be upon Him) name on walls?
Idk, I mean:
1. Our prophet saw never forbid it clearly
2. Some old mosques also have ayts and so on at the walls
What about la illaha illalhu Muhammad rasoolula sticker on my car. Becaise I'm proud Muslim
Then hold it in your heart not in your car, brother or sister.
even i saw this in Gulf country masjids...Why do they do this?

I think the answers go back to the point of if it was done by the salaf...
