That watch on that bracelet is almost a felony.
    What a great combo !!

The bezel action improves over time, becomes smoother.

I’m glad you like the magnified date window….i guess a lot of people don’t understand what it’s for..

Nice video. I recently bought this white dial Samurai and love it along with my Seiko save the ocean SRPC93. I bought a bracelet from Long Island watch which I think is almost as good as the strapcode for a cheaper price I use it on my SRPC93 but prefer the white one on black rubber.

Thanks - yeah I'm hearing good things about LIW aftermarket parts. I agree that this watch looks good on a black strap too. I'm now wearing this white dialed samurai on a black tropic strap that I already had.

Bezel improved after I got the watch wet and turned it.

Looks nicer than the sumo .

Yeah I like this one. Sumo has what is considered a higher end 6R35 movement though. Still have both in the collection.

The white looks best with the stock strap.

I usually like a good black silicone strap and I get there would be more contrast, but for me I always intended for this one to be on an aftermarket bracelet.

@@watchify1775 i changed mine to a aftermarket strap too, way better

@@johnharrington2400 which strap? I have a small wrist and can just get away with this strap. Wondering if there's a better one

I hard the crown screw action can be gritty. Noticed that at all?

    • @watchify1775
      @watchify1775  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

No - mine screws down very smoothly

At first yes but it smoothed out over time.

Use dental floss on the crown threads. Works a charm!

How’s the watch serving you these days?

    • @watchify1775

I still like it a lot and enjoy wearing it. The samurai has a lot of wrist presence due to its size and design and sometimes its just nice to wear a watch like that. Thanks
