Relative Colorimetric or Perceptual? Which Rendering Intent Should I Use?

if an image is in sRGB and your printer can print all colors in the sRGB space, is there a difference between perceptual and R.C. when using the printer profile? based on what I am reading and what you said I would think not? as no colors will be out of gamut. But in PS proof colors it looks like perceptual changes but RC does not.

what settings would you use for PDF's submitted in sRGB that were created in procreate?
