    Solid tutorial. Damn outlook eating random html/css tags and changing sizes where it wants.

    I tried to follow but when I right click in the blank signature box it will not give inspect. I have tried on the web and app. Something must have changed.

      Hi Debbi, i've just tried it again it appears MS have updated the signature box, you can Right-Click just below the signature box (above the toolbar) and you'll see the context menu with "Inspect". You should be able to navigate and expand the DIV tags until you see the place to paste the HTML.

    I have a question.
    If I do this on the web version, could the signature change on desktop version?
    Otherwise, there is a way to insert code on desktop 365??

    • @liams-tech
      @liams-tech  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, this signature will only apply to emails sent from Outlook Web Client, you can also have multiple HTML signatures. If you are using the Outlook desktop app you can add the html signature in File > Options > Mail > Signature

      @@liams-tech Thanks for answering. But I really need to insert my HTML code to a Signaturo on 365, but there's not a single folder that contains the Signatures in the desktop client. How could I add the code then? Or even make that the singature that i Created works fine with 365 Desktop client, because if i only copy-paste, the size and measurements change and i can't resize them.
      (The signature works fine on 2016 desktop client. It's embedded in the code, in the appdata folder)

      @@jota-como-la-consonante Apologies if i dont quite understand your issue, you should be able to paste the HTML into Office 365 (Outlook) desktop app, simply go to File > Options > Mail > Signature, you can paste it in there. If its resizing you could wrap the signature in a table tag, so before the code add and at the end of the code add this should wrap it. You can also now view the signature HTML in chrome/edge, highlight the signature and copy, you should be able to paste this into the signature field too. Hopefully that helps!

    What a failure from Microsoft here that you have to do this rather than just slap in the code

    • @liams-tech

      I agree, i did t think there was a way until i started messing about, i was surprised this method actually worked so thought id share!
