Ray Wylie Hubbard, never heard the man's name until last week, totally blowing my mind with this Outlaw Country music, that just builds and builds up to these wonderful crescendos and then comes back down again. Thank you, Ray Wylie Hubbard. Those dynamics are grabbing me tightly.
To my way of thinkin' The Cadillac 3 and Ray Wylie Hubbard a perfect match. Together, it's raw power meets raw emotion. Glad I found this. They could make a great album with all this talent between these 4 guys!
Bought this disc when it came out, and cannot stop playing it. There is something about this song - the lyrics, the cadence, and the imagery which is timeless. With that grove and sizzling guitar lines, it is like a nasty cousin to "Pots and Pans" which similarly builds and grows until you want it to never stop. Thank you Ray Wylie, for all of it!

RWH with that look giving an Ozzy Osbourne vibe. Small, but none the less that's what I got. The Sound is classic genius RWH. The poets poet. Ray even made one of Nashville's Machines (Cadillac 3) sound good.
First let me say that I love your music and this is a great song. I can’t wait for the album to be fully released. As I do with music regularly, when I see a collaboration, I check out the other artist because I find more good music that way. In this case, I got The Cadillac Three’s latest album and then threw up in my mouth a little bit. They have good talent, but they seem to be fully immersed in this Nashville, “give me a cold beer, a dirt road, a pick up truck party in the field” kind of thing. They have been deleted from my library. Don’t let Nashville push you around too much.
