First time it sticked a bit...is it over the period of time it will be like nonstick and since its new food sticks
When it’s new it’s not seasoned so just wash and dry then pour some oil and put on cook top for 30 min low flame

Hi Suchi. We gujarati make poha regularly. If you feel poha is very dry 1) soak poha atleast 15 20 mins before cooking. 2) at the end add very little milk to poha.
