I want to strictly demand your attention to the matter. Asphalt is a term used for synonym for bitumen. Europe called it Bitumen whereas USA called it Asphalt. In a deep sense, there is a chemical diffrence between Asphalt and Bitumen but generally they can be used in place of each-other. You are talking about ASPHALT MIX v/s BITUMEN in your vedio. As it is a platform of learning, I will suggest you rectify it early.

Sir, I watched video again and want to clear again that asphalt is not a mixture of bitumen, aggregate.. etc. Asphalt is synonym of bitumen.
You have nicely explain bitumen, appreciation for that. But rectify the definition asphalt. You can tell the basic chemical change in between asphalt and bitumen.

I've seen "bituminous pavement", I am wondering how could a liquid binder becomes a "pavement". When it refers to "bituminous pavement" does it also mean a kind of asphalt pavement? I am confusing....
Asphalt is a composite mixed of aggregate, sand, stone dusts and bitumen...
Here bitumen is binder

Temp 150 to 190 c centigrade
Bitumen is liquid material ..

What is Asphalt?
The asphalt is a mixture which consists alumina, lime, silica and asphaltic bitumen. At low temperatures, it is in solid state and at high temperatures it is in liquid state.
What is Bitumen?
Bitumen is obtained by the partial distillation of crude petroleum. It is also called as mineral tar and is present in asphalt also. It contains 87% carbon, 11% hydrogen and 2% oxygen.

asphalt or bitumen both are binders - the general name is bituminous material - major types: asphalt - from refinery and tar from destructive distillation of coal --- when mixed with aggs it is asphaltic or bituminous concrete

There is simple way of calculating bitumen required. Suppose for DBM we generally consider bitumen percent as 4.5%. This 4.5 % basically means in 100 kg of DBM mix contains 4.5 Kg of bitumen. In same way for 1 MT or 1000 Kg bitumen required will be 45 Kg. Considering this as your calculation you can easily calculate the requied quantity of bitumen.
