He seems to spend to all of his time charging, gets a bit passive, and consequently just gets kinda steamrolled by an aggressive opponent...
@@RetroGamesMas Well, sure, but that's kind of beside the point. Look at how he dominates with Ryu, who I've rarely ever seen him play either. He's aggressive and very effective. Then watch him with Boxer, Dic, or Guile -- he's holding back or down + back all day, and just taking an onslaught. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure he'd still crush me with any of those characters; I'm just observing that he seems to play characters with charge-type special comparatively awkwardly.

He plays them to know how to counter them. Thats how pro play..know your enemy xD

New Legacy is the best version of Street Fighter 2 I ever played. However, it's been a while since the last update. Is the project still on?
Violent Ken and Evil Ryu are missing in this project, It's a shame, would be like a USF2.

It’s lots of balance changes.
Yeah, some characters that are overpowered relative to the rest in SSF2T, like Akuma, Boxer, and Claw, are toned down a bit.
