I just left Salt Lake City, Utah. I live in Oregon and I love our food trucks here and when we were there we tried looking for a place like this. I hope we can visit it next year when we return.❤
Talks about high overhead, what do you think this will cost for food trucks? They tried this in Pleasant Grove and it's failing because trucks don't want to pay thousands a month to park when they can find places for free.

The idea is supposed to be that the food truck comes to ME. I don't go to the food truck.
The homeless folks will be milling around and expecting hangouts. It won't last long at all.
