Maybe you could re-watch episode 13, just the last part. Many people missed that Sukuna was surprised about something and it was Choso failing the hit. In the manga was very clear that Sukuna was surprised but in the anime they decided to show Sukuna as a shadow, which lead to confusion bc people couldn't see his face. Then there was this theory about Yuji's CT, but he never had curse energy so he doesn't have a curse technique and that was stated in season 1, the curse energy that he has is from Sukuna. Last, Yuji was just a "normi" with awful strength which was really weird to everyone. But if you still have doubts, well, 3rd season has the answers, you just need to wait ;D
Just rewatched that last bit. I can’t believe I missed that. Maybe that “hmph” wasn’t in the subtitle. I think that was why I missed it. I watched it in dub as well but missed it as well. I guess I didn’t take him being the kind of character to get shocked. I can wait to learn more about Yuji. The man just has superhuman strength. I feel like his parents backstory is going to be really important to understanding Yuji.
Well think about it we don't know who Yuji parents are or his family history he had inhuman strengths even before becoming a sorcerer and he easily became a vessel for Sukuna even though tye average human would die so i doubt all that isn't a just dumb luck
This is all true to what you're saying. I initially got confused about what occurred in the fight between Yuji and Choso. Sukuna appeared, it looked like he interfered at first but now we're learning he didn't? Did he trigger something in Yuji's DNA to activate so Choso would react to Yuji? I wondered at that moment how it became apparent that Yuji was related to Choso. Was the mixture of blood or cursed energy used in the fight? I personally like the little background on Choso's family history, I wonder which side is Yuji on? It looks like the brain went by Kamo Noritoshi as well. Unless that brain took over that body as well and lived hundreds of years. The lore is interesting. Can't wait to see Yuki in action next week!
@@iamdoublerr What Choso is implying that the sorcerer that took over Geto body and Choso mother did the same thing to one of Yuji parents which would make them half brothers
@jarvisfowlkes3200 Ok, this makes much more sense now. I feel like for someone like me, I’d need to watch it multiple times since the first time it slipped by and it didn’t make sense the first time. I guess the question remains whose body of Yuji’s parent did he take over?
