If you are facing issues then at the time of background check please decrease microphone level to around 10 and after the background check there will be mic check at that time you have to do full microphone level upto 100 then you'll have a smooth process no need to change anything therafter.
I have completed my interview on 31st july 2023 then after 3 months, i got update that Re-communication test Retest exam on November 9th 2023 , i attended that too And still no update, it's been 7months my interview happened. Please brother tell me something about this issue. Previous batch in 2022 they were got this mail ask someone and tell me i will receive task mail or not?
I've given the communication round but after the completion of exam when the timer went off "Your test Marks couldn't be uploaded" This was shown and there was an option of "retest" or "no retest".So I clicked the retest. Then called the helpline number and they said that you'll get another link for retest and have to give the exam again. But still I didn't recieve any retest link ..
Bro when I removed the wired headset, it come with ready to go as there was no background noise.. Bro, since my laptop has better noise cancellation I continued to use system microphone instead wired mic.. Is this illegal?
Worked for me by just covering the mic for sometime with both hands when it checks for background noise, better to try before buying extra gadgets
