- Today's video is how I actually plan for a week / all about how I plan! Got so many requests to do a weekly spread in my Erin Condren weekly planner so here you go! This is how I stay organized and plan my day! Please give this video a thumbs up if you like it and want to see more!

Hey guys! Today's video is all about how I plan my day, how I stay organized + how I keep my life together! This is how I plan for my week / plan in my weekly planner. I use the Erin Condren weekly vertical planner in neutral.
I'm someone who prefers to keep physical planners/ write out my to do list for the day. I like to visualize my schedule but also the process of planning my day is so therapeutic! I'm obsessed with very minimal notebooks / planners / black + white etc. My aesthetic applies even to my school supplies. Shocking.
I started to use planner stickers because I like how organized they make your planners. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my writing / the type of person who if I make a mistake I will rip out the entire page and throw it away. Stickers help things look organized + neat but I still wanted them to be neutral / more minimalist.

Also: I see a lot of comments saying they don't understand why you would do this. I can ONLY speak for myself...but I find it relaxing to spend an hour or two once a week putting down stickers to plan out the next week. It helps me focus on what I NEED to get done and allows me to feel a bit more accomplished when I can check things off of an actual list. Yes, stickers aren't for everyone...but for me it's something that calms my anxiety and helps me track my work and other weekly tasks.
Do you do this for every page? That's a lot of stickers...but aesthetic goals af girl

Lmao I love the concept of this so I bought a cheaper "Happy planner" from Michaels. Maybe two weeks in, I got bored and didn't want to spend money on stickers that I'll never see again after a week 😂 Now I write in my planners and get satisfaction crossing something off my to do list

I love that you have fun with your planner. I also love how your stick to your neutrals. I like a bit of color but I love love love black/white/gray color schemes. It's super classic. Planning in and of itself isn't fun for me (it reminds me of lots of things I have to do but don't want to) but decorating it and making it pretty AND comprehensive make the work more fun.

this is the first planner video i've seen that fits my style! everyone else's is super cutesy and colorful and i'm all about that monochrome life.
YASSSS! Completely random, but I saw a quick glimpse of the SPC New Release video in your Snapchat and was like, "Uh oh! Someone's venturing into our dark world of planning!" LOL! I think you were actually showing the time on your computer, but that was all I could see.
I'm not really sure if I could do neutrals just because I love bright colors so much, but you do it in such a fantastic way!

I'm sure she will get bored sooner or later. I couldn't live without color either. Everyone is different but there's only so much time you can be obsessed with neutrals

+Brooke L My opinion is the same. I need color in my world and around me. It would just make me depressed with grays or blacks or whites all the time in everything. I guess that's why I like Christmas and the colorfulness lol! And I too try to have a minimalistic mindset with not acquiring a bunch of stuff.

Damn I wouldn't have time for this... I just use a sticky note then throw it away for my reminders LOL.. or use the calendar in my phone

YASSSS!! Neutral is key!
At first this video got me excited to maybe start using a tangible planner. But then I went to the Erin Condren website and learned that the planner costs $55. 😳 I'll stick to using my phone's calendar app.
What I do is I just buy the planner stickers and place them in a much much cheaper planer of a similar style. Lots of planners have long columns for the daily spreads and the stickers are narrow enough to fit well in an average sized planner. My current one was about $8 from a Barnes&Nobles.

The Happy Planner is the Erin Condren dupe and it is only $15 at Hobby Lobby or Michael's when you use your 40% coupon!! They sell their own stickers and lots of Easy shops make stickers for them! Hope this helps, I love mine(:

If you go on Etsy and search black and white/neutral kits you'll find some more kits. More and more people are making neutral kits these days. Love the video Carly, can't wait to get my Neutral EC for college

Hey Carly, I'm absolutely in love with your videos but I was wondering if you could do a style video on which, more expensive clothing brands, are actually worth the money, cause a lot of the times, the money I spend on things doesn't reflect the quality of the clothing.

My OCD found this so soothing but the teacher/college student/secretary inside me was loling so hard. I have almost three planners and two apps on my phone, if I find the time to use either instead of writing in a piece of paper in a hurry, is a good day
That's an insanely involved planner! If I could get one that looks like yours does with all the stickers in place then I would use that, but as is, I use a plain one from target and use sticky notes as to when I'm going to post videos and stuff. That way if I change what video I'm posting to a different day, then I don't have to erase & rewrite, I can just move it. But it's not nearly as pretty as yours 😆

WOW! you have a ton of time on your hands for all that sticker business and writing everything down in black ink. I use my phone calendar...stuff is ALWAYS changing. I would never carry around a huge panner. Lightweight and on the move.
